Made a Number of Drupal Improvements

Made a number of Drupal improvements. Themes created at psd2css Online now install to the correct place for Drupal 6.x. Also, an ugly workaround that was in place to force availability of the jquery library to all pages has been replaced with the correct way to notify Drupal that a give page (all pages in our case) need jquery loaded.
